To demonstrate the advantages Ponticon's 3DMD technology, we conduct feasibility studies tailored to the needs of our customers. In a holistic approach, our application team enables you to efficiently evaluate and implement our technologies.

In the first step, we discuss your specific challenge and present suitable solutions. In particular, process, material and machine aspects are taken into account. If materials and substrates are not available, we will be happy to assist you in procuring them or provide something from our stocks.

As soon as all boundary conditions have been clarified, implementation begins on one of our high-speed systems. We carry out material- and geometry-specific parameter studies for you in order to subsequently evaluate the properties of the coated or additively manufactured workpieces. We operate a dedicated metallography laboratory for this purpose. Mechanical parameters and surface properties can also be determined.

The results are documented in detail and made available after the completion of the tests. You are always welcome to join us in the lab.
